Experience gentle, supportive energy work from the comfort of your own space. Long-distance Reiki allows healing energy to be offered across time and distance, supporting balance in the nervous system, emotional clarity, and a deeper sense of inner steadiness.
Each package includes three 15-minute sessions, allowing the energy to settle gradually and integrate over time. Many people find that a series of shorter sessions feels more natural and supportive than a single longer treatment.
Sessions are typically spaced every 2–3 days to allow the energy to integrate gently. If you are more sensitive or going through a deeper process, sessions can be spaced further apart.
Sessions are offered with quiet intention and care, following the principles of Sonic Reiki and heart-centered energy work.
