Ronnie Swais

Ronnie began her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 23, launching a successful salon and spa, which she operated for 15 years. She was an early trailblazer in self-publishing and digital education, releasing a book and DVD course designed to help others start their own bridal makeup businesses.

Building on her passion for empowering others, Ronnie went on to launch her first print women’s magazine, as well as two business networking groups dedicated to supporting small businesses across the Greater Toronto Area.

In 2018, she founded A Beautiful Life Magazine and Books, a bi-monthly women’s lifestyle publication. Expanding her vision, she began publishing collaborative anthologies, bringing together professionals to co-author books focused on entrepreneurship, and mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. To date, she has published over 40 titles.

Most recently, inspired by the growing wave of entrepreneurs over 50, Ronnie conceived a new book project centered on their unique journeys. This led to the creation of the Founders 50 Plus Network—an initiative designed to support older entrepreneurs as they navigate ageism, technological advancements, and mindset shifts in today’s fast-changing business landscape.
